As CIO, Dmytro owns the full technical stack — SmartIntegration Platform layer, Hub runtime, Data Management engine, Business Rules Management framework, and SmartAgents AI layer. He leads a distributed engineering and QA team, and works directly with enterprise clients on complex multi-system deployments.

A certified Creatio and Salesforce Administrator, Andrew is the team's primary point of contact for CRM buildouts, platform configuration, object hierarchy design, and ongoing CRM development across both ecosystems.
In his VP role, Andrew oversees the full CRM solutions lifecycle — from discovery and architecture through configuration, customisation, integration, and post-deployment support. He works directly with clients to translate business requirements into scalable CRM workflows on Salesforce and Creatio, ensuring seamless synchronisation with ERP and financial systems through the SmartIntegration Hub.
Andrew brings hands-on expertise in CRM administration, SmartRules configuration, customer portal development, and cross-platform automation — making him the bridge between InterWeave's technical platform and the business outcomes clients depend on.
