We have encapsulated our 17 years of experience into Pre-configured Solutions which seamlessly integrate your CRM with a variety of financial applications, including popular platforms like QuickBooks, Sage and MS Dynamics. Companies can now effortlessly integrate their CRM with Financial Applications to streamline invoicing, process payments and automate revenue recognition — enhancing overall operational efficiency and financial accuracy.

The key to the InterWeave SmartTracks Program is the Solutions are Pre-configured with Standard CRM Objects. Each Edition includes real-time data synchronization, customizable workflows, and support for multiple integration directions. A complete, thoroughly tested Solution from day one. Custom Solutions are also available.

Pre-Configured for Salesforce + D365

Standard Salesforce objects — Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Orders, and Products — are pre-mapped to Dynamics 365 entities including Customers, Jobs, Sales Orders, Invoices, Estimates, and the full AP transaction suite. Both D365 Business Central and Finance & Operations are supported.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 — Cloud ERP & Finance

Dynamics 365 is Microsoft's cloud-native ERP and CRM suite. InterWeave's SmartTracks program targets the financial management modules — Business Central for mid-market and Finance & Operations for enterprise — connecting Salesforce's revenue pipeline directly to D365's financial engine in real time. Azure AD client credentials authentication is used for secure, modern OAuth 2.0 access.
