The InterWeave Smart Payment Gateway integrates Salesforce CRM with your preferred merchant service providers (MSPs) to process credit cards, ACH, and eChecks directly within Salesforce. It supports one-time, scheduled, and recurring payments, while syncing transactions into accounting/ERP systems like QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, or Dynamics.

InterWeave supports a wide range of providers, including:

If your preferred MSP isn’t on the list, InterWeave can often configure a custom connector.

  1. A Salesforce user records or triggers a payment (e.g., from an Opportunity, Quote, or Invoice).
  2. InterWeave routes the transaction securely to your MSP.
  3. The MSP authorizes or declines the payment.
  4. Results flow back into Salesforce in real time, updating records (e.g., Invoice Paid = True).
  5. If integrated, InterWeave also posts the transaction into QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, or Dynamics for reconciliation.
