From the very start, InterWeave’s focus has been to empower our customers with the technology that provides Insight. SMARTSolutions integrate any application, process, gateway, protocol, customers, partners information in the world.
When customers create integrated solutions that are specific to their business processes, workflow and customer experience; real-time information flow, tighter employee collaboration and improved strategic business decision capabilities are achieved, enabling a Company with complete, integrated information.
In 2001, Integration Technologies developed an Enterprise Integration Engine, and had achieved a very prestigious first customer, ACS of Dallas. We also achieved direct competition with companies like Tibco, Above All, See Beyond and others that were established, well-funded and successful. It’s when we met a company called Salesforce in 2003 and was introduced to a new technology delivery platform, SaaS, that’s when our focus sharpened. We hosted at Rackspace Managed Hosting, and It took us three years to build the InterWeave SaaS Edition, and that came together nicely with our acceptance as an Integration Partner with Salesforce in 2006.
The focus was InterWeave is the SmartIntegration Platform, which provides intelligent Cloud Integration for SaaS Companies. We focus on three integration tenants: Financial Services Solutions, Payment Processors and Multi-Cloud integrations in a simple, configurable way. SaaS, SMB and Enterprise Customers manage their customer interactions with system specific business processes and workflow to provide an extraordinary customer experience.
In the succeeding years after joining Salesforce, we ported these Solutions to other CRM’s like Creatio, OROCRM, SugarCRM, SuiteCRM, Oracle Sales Cloud and others. We have now taken this further with the relaunch and rebrand of InterWeave; InterWeave is the SmartIntegration Platform which provides intelligent Cloud Integration for SaaS Companies supports our growth strategy. The technology foundation was solid, but we needed a change in the business model. That’s what we now have in place. A SaaS company distinguishes itself by having leading edge Solutions, supported by incredible Customer Service. Given those two building blocks, we added the third: provide Solutions that allow the Customer to define their workflow and business process dynamically in a configurable way. This is what distinguishes InterWeave from all others.
But it’s not only the technology, it’s the people. The key is selecting great people that are motivated in their personal life. InterWeave is blessed that we have a great team that is centric to supporting InterWeave Customers. It is these people, on a daily basis, that provide the support that our customers have come to expect. For me, the balance between professional and personal life is always a challenge. Family is what keeps it all together. You can go outside of yourself and focus on others.
Moving forward, with the creation of the InterWeave Help Website and the InterWeave Exchange, we have crystalized our focus on our five CRM Consulting Partners, with world world-class integration solutions. Additionally, it’s the renewed focus working with our CRM Partners, with new Solutions like Sage Intacct and Sage 100 Cloud, that extends our partnership capabilities. We are also bringing on new customers in Canada, Europe, Australia and other locations. We are bringing many “First” and we look forward to many more.
The foundation is solid, the relaunch and rebranding is done. Expansion is now the key. You now see this approach being executed in our three new websites as we move forward. But, with all this, it’s not About Us, it’s about you. We still have our first customer that we signed in 2006.
