  • Editions: When a customer buys the annual subscription, they have the choice of Editions by functionality. They are organized in a single package that bundles our most popular features.
  • Add-ons: Customize your CRM solution with add-ons to get exactly what your business needs. Add-ons have different tiers of functionality, similar to how our editions have varying levels of functionality for most Solutions.

InterWeave currently has 28 Protocol Specific Connectors, which address over 90% of known Protocol standards. With InterWeave, you can integrate, import and export data from any application or data entity that has an API. For our CRM partners, the REST,  SOAP and Web Services  protocols have been developed and extended over the years. 

Can the SmartIntegration Platform be integrated with Merchant Service Providers?

Can I import and export data from Excel® into my CRM?

InterWeave currently has 28 Protocol Specific Connectors, which address over 90% of known Protocol standards. With InterWeave, you can import and export data from Excel® in the CSV format. Some CRMs have limits, such as you can import up to 50,000 of your business’s existing contacts and business accounts.

Do we get future versions of the software, or do upgrades cost extra?

InterWeave Solutions are constantly evolving due to a ready supply of new customer requirements. There is no charge for you to access and use the current state of your InterWeave Edition.
