Bruce Magown joined Integration Technologies in New York in 2004 as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Magown is the Managing Partner of Magown Advisory Group LLP., a Private Equity Group that invests in and advises technology focused companies. Prior to joining Integration Technologies, Mr. Magown established Sales-OnDemand, LLC. to support emerging and first stage companies with Go-To-Market Programs, Direct Outsourced Sales and Lead Generation Programs. Mr. Magown served as the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Head of the Audit Committee, Investor and Board member of the Uncommon Media Group, LLC. Mr. Magown subsequently served as President and Chief Operations Officer of Knoa Corp., a privately held company focusing on interactive and media rich solutions. Mr. Magown served as the Vice President of the strategic Alliance of Sun/Netscape formed by America Online and Sun Microsystems representing Canada, United States East Coast, and Latin America. Mr. Magown also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Information Engineering, Inc., an e-business solution provider.

Goldsmith, Chief Financial Officer: From 2001 to present Mark is the principal of MDG Consulting Group and has advised and coordinated special projects performed strategic planning, advised senior management, arranged development financing, and has been liaison with investment banking and regulatory agencies. Mark has been CEO, President, Chief Operating officer and director of various public and private companies He initiated and orchestrated system development for operating systems, cost containment, financial reporting, and regulatory liaison, including detailed sales department analysis affecting more than five hundred sales personnel. He is a former Allied Member: New York Stock Exchange & American Stock Exchange. Other affiliations: Charter member of the Internal Auditors Association, division of the Securities Industry Association. (SIA), Member of the Accounting Division of the SIA, Member and Director for five years of the National Investment Bankers Association (NIBA), Member of Financial Analysts and Money Managers Association of New York (FAMMS)

Prior to joining Integration Technologies, Inna Levytska was Senior Software QA Analyst for Rogers Inc. She has over 10 years of experience in Manual and Automated Software Testing and Quality Assurance for ISV companies of different sizes. She also has over 10 years of experience in software development and design. Inna holds Master’s Degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science (Kiev State University).

He also has twelve years of experience in architecting and managing large full cycle software projects with different types of software development cycles. He holds Master’s Degrees in Engineering and Computer Science (Kiev Polytechnic University).
