Scheduling your transactions Executing the transactions described above is done through the IW Scheduling Utility which will launch after you login to the Rackspace server.

Monitoring your transactions

If you wish to see the status of transaction initiated from your login profile, select the IW Monitor link in the top right-hand corner of the screen. A new window will open and you will see the status of all transactions assigned to you and that you have initiated. If you did not start a transaction, all statuses will be shown as stopped.

We begin with the 3 scheduled transaction flows: NextOrdCust2QBAcctSR, NextCust2SFAcct, and NextOrd2SFOrdItem.

Currently, these 3 transaction flows run every 10 minutes from the InterWeave Scheduling and Configuration Utility.  

They provide the near-time synchronization of data between Nexternal (ERP), the system of record, and Salesforce.com (SF), and QuickBooks Enterprise 2021 (QB).
